We clearly present everything in open accounting and don’t charge hidden fees or commissions. After the renovation, we handle refinancing and the rental process. This is all done in consultation with you, and we decide together on the strategy we choose.

Simply put, you provide us with the working capital to proceed with the purchase, and we take care of the rest: renovation, financing, insurance, rentals, management, and ultimately, the final financing. You don’t have to do anything, but you’re certainly welcome to contribute your ideas.
