Backoffice Employee Real Estate Financing
Location: Hilversum, Franchise Formula of Beleggingspanden-Financiering.nl (BPF)
You play a crucial role in the careful handling of financing files at Beleggingspanden-Financiering.nl (BPF). You work closely with the sales managers who handle customer contact on the front end. In doing so, you are an indispensable link within our small, close-knit team, where we enthusiastically and professionally arrange financing solutions for real estate investors, developers, and SME entrepreneurs.
What will you do?
As a Backoffice Employee, you are responsible for the accurate and complete handling of financing files. You are involved throughout the entire process: from accepting the offer to signing at the notary and finalizing the financing. You ensure that financing applications are processed accurately and correctly, and that documents are stored in a structured and organized manner.
You will also be in contact with clients and business relations. You proactively request the necessary documents from clients and coordinate with appraisers, financiers, and notaries regarding questions and essential documentation. With your professional and structured approach, you make an important contribution to quality, reliability, and an excellent customer experience.
What do you bring?
- HBO working and thinking level. We value your competencies and drive more than a diploma
- Competencies: accuracy, maintaining structure and overview, professionalism, taking responsibility, teamwork, communication skills, and friendliness
- Digitally skilled, able to work effortlessly with various systems and portals
- Basic knowledge of financing or real estate is a plus, but not required
- A willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and commitment are essential
- A screening is part of the selection process

- A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500 (full-time, 40 hours)
