Build and optimize our lead machine

Are you someone who gets energized by numbers, data, and optimization? Can you immediately spot where campaigns can improve and how to generate more leads from the same budget? Then we are looking for you.

At BPF, we are looking for a Data Performance Marketer who fully owns the analytical and technical side of marketing. You ensure that our campaigns don’t just run — they continuously perform better.

What will you do?

In this role, you are responsible for maximizing our marketing performance. Your focus is on data, conversion, and scalability:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Analyzing campaign performance and continuously improving based on data
  • Setting up and optimizing tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events)
  • Creating clear reports and dashboards (e.g., in Looker Studio)
  • Monitoring and optimizing the full funnel: from click to lead and deal
  • CRM management and optimization (lead follow-up, segmentation, automations)
  • Running A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and funnels
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and scalability

You will work closely with the creative marketer (content, video, social), so together you can build a powerful performance machine.

What do you bring?

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level (e.g., marketing, business administration, data/analytics)
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
  • Experience with:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, possibly YouTube)
    • LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with tracking & data:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Pixels & conversion tracking
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience with dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio)

Preferred (not required, but a strong plus):

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or technical implementations
  • Experience with marketing automation
  • Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Affinity with real estate or finance
