The intermediaries and contact persons who work under the name Beleggingspanden-Financiering B.V. are independently operating franchisees and not employees of Beleggingspanden-Financiering B.V. They carry out their activities at their own expense and risk, with due observance of the quality requirements and conditions as laid down in the franchise agreement. Beleggingspanden-Financiering B.V. is not liable for actions, advice, or obligations that are individually entered into by franchisees.
