The process
Step 1
Sign up
On our website, you can apply by filling out the contact form. Then your personal financial specialist will contact you to discuss your needs and possibilities. This can be done by phone or at our office in Hilversum. This conversation is completely non-committal.
Step 2
Contact without obligation
We will contact you within 24 hours and start discussing your requirements. You will then receive a written proposal from us. If you agree with this proposal, you will receive a mediation agreement. If you enter into a mediation agreement with us, this is always on a no cure no pay basis. Do we not deliver what we promise? Then you do not have to pay an invoice.
Step 3
Explore possibilities
Once we receive your signed mediation agreement in return, we work out a credit proposal for the financiers we work with. Sometimes we work this out in a different language given our contacts abroad. We send the credit report to our financiers and receive the proposals on your application.
Step 4
Submit application
Together with you, we look at the concrete financing options received. Then, together with your financial specialist, you select the bank or financier with which you wish to place the financing of your investment property. Your specialist then officially submits your application to your chosen financier.
Step 5
Completion of funding
Once the lender has given a final approval, your financial specialist will send the documents to the notary and you will receive the funds through the notary of your choice. In the case of a purchase or refinancing, the notary settles the amounts received.
